Setting goals



Because I want to try something very interesting and challenging, I would like to set some few goals.
For the next 30days, I would like to try three things.
One is drinking water 5 times a day, and the second one is eating less food, and for the last, I would like to try not to spend a  lot of time on showering.

Anyway,  let me introduce more about those.

To  drink water 5 times a day, I have to try not to forget about drinking water.
And for eating less food, I have to try not to eat and  try to eat vegetables more.
For the last, to spend a little  time on showering, I have to try to move fast and finish it within 10 minutes.
